"Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat"

As they say "If mommy is healthy, baby is also healthy." Good nutrition of baby begin in the womb of the mother until the baby will be born.

During the pregnancy, the mother must eat healthy foods so that the baby will become healthy. Because if the mother doesn't eat nutritious foods there is a possibility that the baby would be unhealthy. Milk is very important to babies and by breast feeding it is the best way to feed them than using bottles, because it is more safe and very nutritious.

As the baby grows, the food that he/she eats will depend on his/her age as long as it is healthy and nutritious. By feeding the baby of healthy and nutritious foods for sure your baby will become strong and healthy.

Letter to the President of the Philippines

Dear Mr President,

First and foremost, I would like to congratulate you for winning the presidency in the past 2010 election and for being the 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines. Now that you have already achieved the position that you were aspiring before, I am expecting that all of your advocacy, platforms, plans and others that you promised during the campaign period were all be fulfill. And I am hoping that the corruption in the government will be stop so that our country will become more progress than the past few years. And the incoming Aquino Administration will be much better than the old administration.

Since the campaign period was formally started. I keep abreast of your plans, advocacy, and platforms. And I keep myself aware of the different issues where in your name was involved. One of those is the black propaganda that were reveled by your rivals and may put an end to your campaign. Despite of those problems that you've encountered during campaign period , you did not lose your confidence, rather, I have seen on you the guts and determination to win in the rivalry and I salute you for that. Good luck Mr.President and to your new administration.
